Men and women! INTO a brief thinking……..

It is obvious that men are different from women; men have different physical characteristics as well as women too. Mentally, emotionally and psychologically women is so different. This is a well known fact. If you don’t believe me ask a councilor or a psychologist. The methods which they try to unlock the mind of a man and woman are totally different. It is easier to guess what is going on through a woman’s mind, but really difficult as that of a men.

Men and women think from a different perspective. They think; reason and decide from a different angle than men. This does not mean that a man is superior over woman. In fact god created women and men to live together. They should co-exist together. A man could never live without a woman. As well as a woman could never live without a man.

[049 Surah Al Hujurath: Verse 013] O mankind! We have created you from a male and a female, and made you into nations and tribes that you may know one another. Verily, the most honourable of you with Allâh is that (believer) who has At-Taqwâ [i.e. he is one of the Muttaqûn]. Verily, Allâh is All-Knowing, Well-Acquainted (with all things).

Have you ever heard of the famous quote, “Behind every successful man, there is a woman”? Without the woman he would never have been successful, because by nature man is hot tempered and arrogant and if it isn’t for the woman he would have never gotten the courage and strength to be a successful man.

One should never argue that woman and men are not equal. As some anti-Islamists describes. In fact the religion of Islam never tells us that woman is different from men. Islam only tells us that the role which they have to play in the society is different. Not that they are not equal. As we all know that physically, mentally and also emotionally women are different from men. Nobody would deny this fact about life. Therefore Islam tells us that they should only do things which they are capable of doing so.

Tell me, can a woman lift heavy loads of weight and transfer it from one place to another. Of course it’s impossible to do so. Even if she does that the next day she for surely have back pains and all that. We all know that the most suitable person for that kind of job would be the man. The western media takes this point and spreads false and misguided information to make people think that in Islam women and men are not equal’.

If for an example women were to replace men in their roles in the society, the results of that society would be unimaginable. First let’s compare to something very simple, if she was the leader of the family. What would happen? If she gets pregnant then the family had to go starving for the days to come. Cause she will never be able to work in order to provide for the family. This would not be the case if a man was in charge of the family.

[009 Surah At Taubah: Verse 071] The believers, men and women, are Auliyâ' (helpers, supporters, friends, protectors) of one another; they enjoin (on the people) Al-Ma'rûf (i.e. Islâmic Monotheism and all that Islâm orders one to do), and forbid (people) from Al-Munkar (i.e. polytheism and disbelief of all kinds, and all that Islâm has forbidden); they perform As-Salât (the prayers), and give the Zakât (obligatory charity), and obey Allâh and His Messenger [sal-Allâhu 'alayhi wa sallam]. Allâh will have His Mercy on them. Surely, Allâh is All-Mighty, All-Wise.

Is a woman being the leader of the family called equal? Is this what the western media is calling for woman’s rights? They only want you to believe that they are fighting for women’s rights. If you look deeply into the western society, women are treated less than that of slaves. Every day thousands of rape cases take place. If they even need to advertise anything they would only need a beautiful woman. This is just because even if the advertised product doesn’t capture the man’s attention the woman would. They also have strippers as women just for the men’s entertainment. Etc……………….

It’s time we open our eyes to the true truth of Islam. Islam is not just a religion; it’s a way of life. The only religion which gives a woman, her true right and live as a free individual in the society. So my dear sister in Islam, would you rather live as a slave or be free? For this is the truth and every single selfish man out there knows it!
